Kristal graduated from Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) with a degree in Family Studies. She also received a full scholarship to play for the CSUN Womens Soccer team. Her competitve nature and hard work have been a great assett to PKB Reglazing. Her increasing knowledge of the Reglazing Industry and Process is apparent with her ability to answer all of our customers questions regarding our Services. Derrick brings his organization experience and manegerial skills to PKB Reglazing to help the office run more efficiently. With an overwhelming amount of paperwork and work orders he has his own system to keep things flowing. He uses his managerial experience of working at BCBG MAX AZRIA for 14 years and now still currently at TRUE RELIGION JEANS, helping with ideas on production and efficiency.

Working within the Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Industry for the past 16 years, Danny brings his Project Management expertise to the table. Specialzing in Customer Relations and Schedule Coordination, he always makes sure that the job gets done in a timely and cost effective manner. His experience in the Bathtub Refinishing industry over the past 10 years has enabled him to start up the Reglazing Service for TWO contractors in 4 years. The time has come for Danny to start the Refinishing business on his own as he uses his experience from working with three different reglazing companies to fine tune Phillips Kitchen and Bath to better service his clients.

Specializing in Office Management and Human Resources and Accounting. Tina lets her excellent communication skills put customers at ease  as they inquire about our services. Her positive attitude and increasing knowledge of the Refinishing Industry brings comfort and confidence to customers who are less informed about our product and service. Tina also handles many of our new and existing customer orders.
